Understanding Your Billing History

The billing history provides a comprehensive list of all your purchase orders. Within the list, you can review the status, quantity, total price, and expiration time of each order. To access the details of a specific order, simply click the "Detail" button corresponding to the purchase item.
The detail page shows five major information in it : Purchase No, Payment Detail, Payment Amount, Payment State and Product List.
Purchase No:This is the tracking number assigned to your purchase for reference and tracking purposes.
Payment Details:To complete the payment process, follow the provided "Payment Details" and initiate a blockchain transaction. As illustrated in the example image below, you would use your wallet to make a transaction on the Polygon Mainnet, sending 45 USDC to the designated payment address: 0x747F4FDb44560277A4eB3ED736d48C9629D7a670.
Payment Amount:This section displays the subtotal of the product list, any applicable discounts, taxes, and the total amount you need to pay for your purchase.
Payment State:The payment state initially appears as PENDING until Morphlin receives the payment. Once the payment is received, the status changes to RECEIVED. If the payment is not received before the expiration time, the status will be changed to EXPIRED.
Product List:The product list provides important information about the products you are purchasing. It includes the product name, strategy type, plan, price, quantity, and total cost.
It is important to carefully read the information in the "Notice" section to ensure a successful purchase.
Notice :
Expired orders and orders with insufficient payment amount will be void.
Please do not pay for overdue orders.
Morphlin will not process refunds for late payment orders and overpayments.
